Shiphrah & Puah: Defiers of Power (Exodus 1:15-22)

Fearing the multitudes of Hebrews, the Egyptian king orders the Hebrew midwives, Shiphrah and Puah, to kill every male child born.  The midwives secretly disobey the hand of Pharaoh, and the Jewish people multiply.
