Abishag: The Child Mistress (I Kings 1,2)

Abishag the Shunammite, as a young virgin, is brought before the aging King David to keep him warm at night and to minister unto him.  She later becomes the vehicle through which King Solomon is able to kill his rival half-brother, Adonijah.
